I had a very bad experience ordering online with Zotezo.com.
Seeing the ad published in Times of India, I ordered online a ipro dual INDUCTION hotplate (ad copy is attached, where it is clearly mentioned as ipro dual INDUCTION hotplate)
The amount was paid through PayUMoney, Zotezo.com acknowledged receipt of the amount and the consignment will be dispatched.
I had a doubt about the consignment, sent three mails asking them to clarify whether the consignment is INDUCTION hot plate and ... if it i not INDUCTION hotplate do not dispatch the consignment.
There was no reply from Zotezo.com.
The consignment was dispatched after 15 days and on checking found it is not INDUCTION hotplate.
I immediately sent mail asking for return of the consignment, no reply received.
After repeatedly reminding, one person from Zotezo.com called me and said the consignment cannot be returned back but I can exchange for other items from Zotezo.com.
Sent mail that I am prepared for exchange of this consignment with AccuSure blood testing strips.
No reply received so far.
In the site of Zotezo.com a clear return policy is given and also in the ad it marked EASY RETURN.
Traded with Amazon and the servics are excellent and customer friendly.
Reply received the same day or the next day.
