" Worst delivery and commitment!! "

Trapped in so called swanky website. I made online payment for 1/2 Kg Mutton and called for delivery follow up.
Person so called Customer care executive response was "it is despatched " and on second line he was asking somebody "jaldi nikalo delivery ke liye". This scenario is after one hour of order placement.
After almost 2:30 Hrs nobody was picking call. I called close 6-7 times but no response.
Guys Suggest you goto nearest meat shop and and buy it cash because ordering here the... re is no certainity when your raw meat will be delivered, forget about preparing the meal.
In case if you order, then dont make payment online. if they delay cancel the order. I was fool enough to be trapped.
Absolutely pathetic service !!
