" Good service but has to improve customer support "

This was my first order plants were healthy and good. However huge improvement has to happen from customer support perspective.
Agents arent aware about things if you have any query. In my case i got no phone call and plants got delivered and it was lying with our apartment security guard.
No contact number for any help.
Very unsatisfactory customer service.
However products are good
