I used urbanclap for a doorstep laundry service. The person came in and took my clothes, and took another 1 week to return the clothes. I had to literally beg the vendor to deliver the clothes. And when he delivered the clothes, he misplaced one of my shirts and especially the expensive one (4000) worth. And on calling them they are not even bothered to sort my issues, all they know to say is, sir don't worry we will sort your problem.
