" Horrible Service - Poor Quality of Drivers "

Uber is becoming an unreliable service here in India, I can't speak for all of India, but at least here in Chennai, it's horrible, The drivers are unreliable and almost never show up without calling first to ask about the mode of payment and destination. They simply cancel the rider or, in some cases, park their car about a KM away and hope that you cancel it and end up paying a cancellation fee.
The worst part is that there is no way to report bad driver behavior like this to Uber b... ecause, technically, the ride did not take place and there is no way to get in touch with Uber because they have no way of reaching them directly.
The other issue is that they game their driver rating system, so when you rate a trip lower than 5, it still shows up as a 5. My guess is that if they allowed actual ratings to show, then most of their drivers would end up looking bad.
I used to trust Uber and consider it high quality, but off late, their ride experience and service experience are just so poor that i am surprised they are still in business here in India.
If you are in a hurry to get to a place, either use a different cab service or use your own vehicle because Uber is just unreliable.
