I ordered Lenovo Vibe Shot on 13th Dec, 15. They sent me a Dead Phone, it wasn't powering up. After few days of many emails and countless visit at the leveno service centre. I managed to get the DOA certificate and asked for the pick up.
The courier guy came after 4 days and checked everything and packed the phone and left.
Now these sons of bitches are telling me that earphones are missing from the pack hence they can't replace the damn thing.
I've never seen such a pathetic servic... e. They sent back the dead phone for god knows what reason, as they are too busy messing up people's life than to write a proper reason or steps for their actions.
I am never going to buy any lenovo product ever and would definitely recommend others not to fall in this scam
