We bought three paintings from the same auction in September 2015. The bidding experience was relatively painless and state of the art, no apparent bugs in the system and seemed to be fair. The payment process was easy, they gave me the option to pay by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer. I chose PayPal and it went through on the first try (I received instant verification of payment from Amex but not from StoryLTD, it seems they do their invoicing and payment processing manually, w... hich isn't an issue for me). I was delayed in making a payment due to travel and a VP from their team contacted me and worked patiently with me. So far, it's been a good experience. We're now waiting for the items to be shipped to us. Will share an update once we receive the artwork.
