They have a very good collection and also have the WORST customer service. Before payment they assure of their quick delivery but after payment they hardly care to reply you back on the estimated date or time of delivery. They have the worst communication service with the client after payment. If you think its just the employees who behave that way you are at fault, because the owners of the place are also specialised for their delayed response. After all the havoc and delay they create lastly they add that you need to wait for few more weeks for your sarees. Once you cancel their order after keeping up with their pathetic service, they blame you for your behaviour by sending instant messages(you would be surprised that they wouldn't reply about the estimated delivery though). One of the PATHETIC and WORST places to shop from if you want things to be delivered on time. I would suggest all the others "NOT TO ORDER" from their site even though the collection attracts you.
