" Fraud Company - Damaged Product Delivered "

My Name is Supriya. I had ordered for a Sachin Tendulkar Bobble head from, through online payment of Rs.468/- on 26th Feb 2016.My Order ref no. is 23826. The Product was delivered to me on 4th March 2016. The Product was in utter damaged state. I had immediately contacted their Customer Support Team. Mr.Ashwin from their team had guided me to return the product and courier to (Manoj Kumar),D-88/2 Okhla,Phase-1,Delhi, Pin Code,110020,Delhi,INDIA.I was
assured that the refund would me made to me including the cost and the courier charges incurred for shipping the product back.On 12th March 2016, I received a mail from their side confirming that the product has been received back by them. They had also requested for my Banking details which i had readily shared so that the cost can be refunded to my vide NEFT.On 17Th March 2016, I had again received a mail from their side, that the refund of Rs.568/- would be processed within 7 working days. Its been more than 10 days. I have still not received my refund. I tried calling on the number +91 9361361361, they have mentioned on their website. But no response from their side. I also tried calling their executive , Mr.Ashwin on +91 9818228854, but the number is switched off. The experience has been more than traumatic. I would hereby like to complaint against fraudulent acts conducted by this company, by luring the consumers to buy their products online and further cheat and deceive them.
