I have been using PayPal since 3 years and have found it the best payment method till date. The reason is that PayPal allows withdrawal to bank accounts with absolutely no fee charged but they have charges on receiving cash and currency conversion which is very high (total 8.5 + $0.35). They don't allow PayPal users in India to send personal payments to each other and that's the main drawback. They auto withdraw the cash due to RBI rules and they don't allow Indian users to scan cheque... s to get the money reflected in their bank account. I wish they start this feature soon for Indian users as well. I have made 2 payments till date via PayPal on Ebay and it has been a convenient way of spending money. I received the product on time as well and they then sent the cash to the sellers account which made the transaction complete.
