Nirbani.com is a rogue, a fraud company. They have shown some nice suites on the website, I bought two suites from here on 1st October Order No 57186 , Order No 57202 on 2nd October 2022, they promised to deliver within 10 days means before karwa Choth as I was gifting to my wife. Once the payment was done, they stopped answering the phone. I made several Calls since than from my registered number 97******55 on their Number 8868876667, now they have saved my number in their list and d... o not respond to my number. But they never picked the phone as Payment was made from my end now they need not answer me on my phone or through mail which was also registered on their site.
When I used another number and made call, they quickly picked the phone and answered/said that they never receive any call from my number and my ordered product is already despatched but don't have docket no. Will provide two days after. Those two days have never come, these three months are about to end. When I complained to the police, it was felt that some influential person is working behind all this. Those policemen were seen supporting them. And you can say that the police do not want to participate in online crime. On the contrary, our Axxxx Kxxxx DGP Uttarakhand Cybercrime always tells the public to be aware of cybercrime.
Two things have happened at the moment, one they have blocked my account from nirbani.com and secondly they themselves write reviews for their online articles with 5 star.
Just like the reviews Pxxxx Axxx used to give for his Vxxxxxx resorts. The one who mxxxxxxx Axxxxx Bxxxxxxx in Rishikesh.
