I ordered 2 Kurta Sets from Nirbani on the 5th of April and I haven?t received my products till now. It?s been 5 months of constant chase, exchange of messages and emails but all they do is stretch the timeline by 1/2 weeks every single time you speak to them. When you ask for the refund, they tell you that they can?t do that since the products are almost ready! So, by the end of the day, you are left without your money and the products that you ordered! No matter how amazing the produ... cts be, I?d never reccommend anyone to to make purchases from this brand unless you want to waste your time and energy (not to forget, money)!
