I have placed my order with Nirbani in Nov 2020. I received my order after 45 days to my surprise the product was different from what i ordered.
I whatspp them asking why this is done?
The person confidently says send it back we will exchange it in 5 days, i am more angry because they are liars, they tld me the same when i placed the order that u will receive in 10 days while i got it after 45 days. Now sending wrong product is their mistake still they are not sending me correct produc
t and asking me to courier back at my own money.
The quality of product is worse, like very cheap, i paid 3500 but quality is of 500 , they are doing dirty business, Ms priyanka is a cheap business maker, looting customer with wrong commitments and over that worst customer service. Would request everyone out there not to buy products from Nirbani website.
Better places to shop and get quality products in time. Everytime i give them review they come back to me asking to delete it. However i will give exact same review and not delete it because u threatened me saying we will not deliver the product if you do not remove the review. I am least bothered as u already have sent me my product which is different from what i ordered.
