" Three weeks, no order "

It has been three weeks since I placed the order and I have not received my package. They keep telling me they will share shipping number once it shipped, but till date I have not received it. Last week they informed me that I will get my package between 11th and 13th September, which I did not. I inquired again and asked them for a tracking number and they have not replied yet. I do not think I am ever getting the package. It has been a really bad experience for me.

Also, their custo
mer care number is not working and their website keeps giving me phishing warning. I do not know what to make of it anymore. Guess I lost my money.
