ordered medicines on a tuesday - even though it was a OTC, they asked for a prescription which I uploaded after 36 hours. and that's it - after collecting the money upfront, they went silent. My status is always reflected as " waiting for prescription". No one comes on chat, it takes 12 minutes to get someone on the line in their call centre and that's that - thank god, I ordered OTC's - if I had ordered life saving drugs, I am sure they would have reached my funeral.
