I am struggling with Netmeds for below two issues:

1) Refund Issue: The transaction was declined however the amount was debited from my a/c. I called customer service multiple times. Sometimes they accepted that amount was debited but transaction was declined. Sometimes they are asking for credit card statement to prove it I really made transaction. Despite providing all the details, nothing has happened yet. The transaction was made on 1st Nov and today is 14th Nov.

2) On Nov.2 I pl
aced order again, order id NMS15110539073RC. Till now I am waiting for the order to be delivered. It is now 13 days, still they are clueless and instead of giving any definite date, they are asking me only to wait. The response from the customer care representative is that they have dispatched the order and hence their responsibility is over. Now the customer should take responsibility of whatever happens to the order

I am planning to move to consumer court in case by next week the above issues are not resolved.

Please think 100 times before placing any order through Netmeds. Whatever the testimonials they have posted on their websites are all fake.
