Good idea and good concept but one of the unreliable website I came across. I am trying to use mobikwik in spite of being outside the country. I actually felt happy that apps like these are being developed in India too. But there are some flaws and has poor customer support. I have to wait for very long time on phone but no response. When I tried to raise a complaint on website, I dont get any copy of the concern raised in my email. Worst thing, a transaction happened without my notice... , didnt get any email/update about it, and when I report, I was told that it was my mistake of their super high level security(thats what they think about their product).
So use the website with caution. You may get hacked some how and u will not get any support.
