" Worst experience ever "

I ordered jacket from missamore and gt size problem with it as I haven't option of exchange on site I talked with girl was very rude and she herself said that mam its your mistake that you shop with missamore. She don't even have sense to talk with customers was very rude and ridiculous. Worst experience I ever had . Friends dont shop with missamore as its staff said its your mistake to shop with missamore pls at least to respect that rude girl dont shop with missamore .dont do mistake. Was really really really worst experience ever.
