With reference to the order numbers 9901796006 and 9901790799, there has been no update on the refund status.
You should be responsible for whatever you have said.
This is not how you respond to a customer.
I have been waiting for the past 1 month.
I tried reaching out your customer service many times, but it was not reachable all the time.
If this is going to continue in this way, I may have to go and raise a consumer court complaint.
