I usually do not write reviews and I had to, after my worst experience with Indianroots.in.
About the website:
1. Takes forever to load pages. Attimes images do not load, you have to keep refreshing it multiple times. When I asked the customer support agent, I was asked to use "Chrome". Apparently, they did not test the site on all browsers.
2. The shopping cart displays different numbers and images everytime you move to a different page.
One of the worst shopping websites.
Custo... mer Service: The worst incompetent customer support agents. They only know to cut and paste. Ask them a query they will take forever to respond. If you call, god have mercy on you. Nobody picks up calls. They have no answers. If you question them, they act rude.
Indianroots is a disgrace to shopping sites. Such websites ruin our Indian name in the market. They are open to US customers too. God save those customers.
Shoppers - stay away from Indianroots. There are bunch of other popular websites. Buy from there.
