I have placed an order on June 20, 2015. My Order No. is Order #100020416.
I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work.
But i didn’t receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and inform.
So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress.
And they also mentioned that i’ll get the refund within 15 days
But also ... failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorised person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didn’t get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540)
Now it’s been more than 7 months and i haven’t got any refund from them.
I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i don’t get any proper reply from them
