" Worst kind of laptop "

Hello Guys,

I don’t know what has happened to my laptop, but this was 2nd time, I am telling a hp representative about serious problems of my hp laptop parts. Thanks to god that it is still in warranty, but I don't know what will happen when the warranty will end.
Now talking about the current problems:
Its capslock button of its keyboard has failed completely. Now when I try to use it, it does not respond sometimes & i have to restart it to get work.
This is not the only problem which has ruined my laptop. But its wifi also goes on unconnected many times & its range was also very less in comparison to other laptops. I have tried everything to solve this problem including reinstalling drivers, doing recovery & using another windows & Linux but nothing has helped me till now. This problem is irritating me so much that I started using an external adapter in place of it.
I always listened good about the hp laptops from others, but I don’t know what is curse with my hp laptop that all parts of this laptop are failing slowly. I hope that this would be my last problem as I don’t feel good every time I have to make a complaint about this hp laptop.
I already have booked the complaint & necesarry support is on its way.
