This is my second such experience with FoodPanda. I was placing an order few days back, the FoodPanda App directed me to online payment, Once I finished the last step of Bank Payment I get a error page in FoodPanda.! Oops something went wrong!

I got a message about transaction from my bank account. I called up food panda customer care, They asked me my telephone number and said they will check their system and get back to me, made me wait for 5 Min. And then the customer care guy tell
s me sorry we havent received any payment from bank. I give him the transaction number, He said oki hold the line for a min, Again he returns back to me saying our system is not showing any amount received.! and also says dont worry your money will refund to u within 24hrs if it is transaction failure,

I have never got any money back till now.!
