I have problem in my handset when open the side lock every time showing don’t cover the orange to unlock the screen press back side and volume up button then only the screen is unlock then when I am Dialing the number and call to other phone I can’t see the display on screen the screen fully black I can’t see anything on phone display everything is black after disconnect the phone from other side I can see the screen so every time I calling to customer care they are just saying the our product specialist call and resolve your issue from last I complaint on 09.04.15 from that day onwards upto know there is no result. Lot of problem Iam facing please resolve this as soon as possible.
