I placed on order with first cry on Dec 1, I was informed that there is going to be a delay due to the flood in Chennai. I waited for 10 days, nothing. When I called up their customer support, I was told they can't give me the date of delivery n I have to call their logistics dept to check on the delivery.
N here I am thinking that customer support is the single point of contact for any issues. It's absurd! They said that they can't call nor transfer my call to their logistics dept bu
t only I should call them directly.
This is not a complain about their products but their process of not taking the responsibility but asking the customer to contact their logistics dept themselves for shipping issues.
