They are very immature and cheater company and just do not care for customers. Their response and resolution system is horrible. They partially deliver the order and without information to customer collect entire money. Later keep order pending. If you email or call, there is no response. Later I figure out once a while they response to FB comment but then that too they reconfigured. Leave msgs to their chat window raises some auto tickets or once a while some one talk to you; But all ... that person says Be assured we will look in to your matter. Fed up with all this and over 1.5 month, I tried to waken them up by tagging them and msging on other startup FB pages (some 2-4) and also keep them informed. But instead of resolving my grievance these people call to threaten me to take of my postings and dare not to deliver rest of order. I tried to tell them instead of behaving like child refund money or complete order and on those posting like most do, go and comment matter resolved. But these people are sick. Kindly stay away from them in your own interest. Contact me if you want more detail. My order number was 0010505162469 dated 5 May 16
