I ordered a sofa from them. They promised to send me swatches of the material used within 3 days of placing the order. It's been 20 days and they are supposed to deliver the sofa but I still haven't got the swatches!. All I get is reason after reason. Very poor service. I suggest using one of the more established furniture websites to avoid having this headache.
