Bought a Teak wood cot 4 months back. Ever since buying this cot iam struggling to get the cot replaced which has come with inherent manufacturing defect.Heavy noise in the cot, poor paint quality and also one part of the wooden plank is broken. Their senior management itself is not bothered to respond in mail. When you speak to them they give lot of verbal assurances and everything went in to thin air.
Iam still awaiting for a solution
