I am happy to say that the Customer Care Head from Dogspot.in called me today. He not only apologized for the mistakes, but assured me that the necessary actions against that customer care representative have been taken & same kind of mistakes will not happen in future.
They have also promised to compensate for my loss, so i am completely satisfied now & take back my complaint against Dogspot. Now i also want to say that Dogspot products are actually good quality products. Well, i have... neither have problem with their products, but it was the person from customer care, due to whom i have to complaint. So having saying this, i hope that all the matter has been resolved & i can hope for better services in future from Dogspot & also can refer it to other pet lovers.
