Bought a jacket from chupchaplelo.com
Was delivered a cheap product... not similar to what is shown in the site.
Also size that I ordered was not same. The product is far loose from what I ordered.
Raised a return request within three days of purchase as per their return policy.
They now say they cannot take any returns since I have ordered and they have delivered exactly what I ordered(as per their email)
I wrote back again that I expect a return and refund which they denied without ... any explanation.
COMPLETE FRAUD!!
