" No refund nor exchange despite product return "

I have purchased three items from azilaa and as soon as i received the product , i have informed by message that i would return one of tge three. The pickup was promised but not arranged.the pick up happened later and i got the message that my product was received back by them. It has been two weeks since i have been following up fir return but no response. I have returned 2k worth of items but my money is not returned.
Extremely bad experience.
