will prefer ferns and petals over arena flowers any day .
arena flowers gave me a hard time in goa. they were hell bend to ruin the event
i will agree to others here that they were quick to take orders and deliver on time. their services are costlier than others. I never got what i ordered in form of cake. products are a hogwash. they didn't ask what they substitute or gave reason what is available or not. A pond of cake without delivery charges cost over 700 and more if eggless.
I go... t wrong cake which they refused to replace within 24hrs but then after shooting a mail to ceo i got a replacement but it tasted like acetone , nail paint remover. it went on for days and they stopped replying.
they won’t replace or refund easily if any third party who they hire makes a mistake. they don’t own their mistake. worst brand i would say.
