Checked out a product at the website. Made an online payment, amount has been deducted but the order was not confirmed. It has been more than 24 hours, the team is still unsure as to what exactly happened whether it was a technical issue or payment gateway problem. My amount neither has been refunded and nor have am I getting the product that I purchased
